Corvus Rex Series

Oil paintings and drawings of hybrid, half human, half scarecrow figures are juxtaposed with paintings and ink drawings of crows and ravens (corvidae), portrayed in mythic stature. They share a pictorial narrative encompassing an agrarian mythology and themes of hope, fear, threat, benevolence, greed, loneliness and genesis.
